The products offered by Universal Stone are great. We had our bathroom counters done by them and also bought a vanity. The stone and vanity are excellent. The reason for the 2 star is that Hector and his teams communication is awful. Several time they scheduled to come out and cancelled for various reasons. At this point they already had a deposit otherwise we would have used someone else. At the end of the project Hector apologized and admitted that there have been internal communication issues. Universal Stone just installed new countertops in our kitchen and bathrooms. They were a pleasure to work with. Daynett and Hector were great. I would highly recommend Universal Stone.
Get your countertops here, great people, they also sell cabinets.

We had the pleasure of having HECTOR and his crew replace our old master bath counter top with sinks....we chose a remnant quartz which worked perfect for us and looks amazing...everyone from Hector to the warehouse people and the amazing installers were very professional and a pleasure to work with...they also have their own plumber to do the plumbing hookups which is a plus and saves time....I highly recommend their services and would not hesitate to use them again....stop in and see their new showroom....its beautiful wit... read more
