I’m very happy with the experience I had with Universal Stone. The quality of the countertops is excellent, and the installation was done professionally. We did run into an issue where the stone was initially cut incorrectly, but Hector, the owner, truly stepped up and handled the situation with integrity and urgency. Great people to work with. The quartz countops looks great! It had one little imperfection and the guys came back out the next work day and fixed it on spot. Doesn't even look like anything was there. I highly recommend this company for stone work.
We had a leak in our main bathroom tub which required us to pull up the carpet. Once we did that we decided to do new flooring in the whole house and was referred to Hector and his team. After picking out the floors we also decided to do our counter tops as well. The process with Universal Stone was unbelievable.
