I probably search about 8 places before deciding to use Universal Stone. Lexi was the first person that I spoke with and I was just blown away with her customer service. She is kind, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I was very impressed with their turnaround time. Tiffany in sales has great customer service and is always punctual. Prices are great and the installers are professional. Our company will be buying many more kitchen countertops and vanity tops for years to come. A+
It's near impossible to reach anyone when you have a concern or problem with the install. The customer is never right when the company messes up. Never came back to fix our problems. Finally got counters fixed to our liking by All American Granite and Marble LLC. Wouldn't recommend universal stone to anyone.
We were redoing our half bath - not a huge project, but still multiple pieces to coordinate. Their design associate helped us every step of the way, from matching paint colors with tile, searching multiple resources for the exact look we wanted, and even helping us decide which way to lay the flooring.
