From a sloppy template which resulted in mismatched interior corners (one L-shaped and one U-shaped) and a misshapen outer corner that did not fit properly against the wall to multiple repair attempts by the company to rectify a small divot found in quartz peninsula resulting in an unsatisfactory outcome with promises not being met.
