I was referred to Universal Spas by a friend who had a good experience purchasing his hot tub here. After going to a few different spa places I had the best feeling here. No pressure to buy and they after hearing what I was after they recommended a hot tub that was less expensive than the one I had in mind. They explained everything fully, and I ended up buying at what I thought was a good price point. Excellebt service, down to earth folks, and no sales pressure at all. Would highly recommend getting your spa here.
