I wanted to share my experience with the purchase of my first hot tub. I had always wanted a hot tub but never gotten around to seriously pursuing one. I was referred to Universal Spas by a friend who had a good experience purchasing his hot tub here. After going to a few different spa places I had the best feeling here. No pressure to buy and after hearing what I was after they recommended a hot tub that was less expensive than the one I had in mind. They explained everything fully, and I ended up buying at what I thought was a good price point. Excellent service, down to earth folks, and no sales pressure at all. Would highly recommend getting your hot tub here.
