Very happy that we chose Universal Spas to get our hot tub from. Vicky was extremely helpful and knowledgable. She took the time to explain everything to us in details so we had the proper information before we made our final decision. Even after we got our hot tub, Vicky called to check to make sure all was good. Highly recommend Vicky and the team at Universal Spas.
Great customer service and pricing on hot tubs and chemicals. Local family owned and operated with additional staff that all treat you as their family. Very much love the hot tub we purchased and felt supported as we muddled through its set up. Chemicals they sell are very gentle. Highly recommend.

Buying a hot tub is like buying a car. You have to sit in it to know how it feels. Get into it and see what the comfort level is. Not all tubs are built the same. Not all places encourage this. Super happy with our experience with Universal Spas and our new Hydropool Hot Tub. With so many Hot Tub retailers close by, and so many options available, the process can be overwhelming. Happy with our decision to go with the top of the line company, on this long-term family investment. Top notch customer service from initial purchase, through our first month from Aayush and Vicky - very helpful and fast response when a question arises. Highly recommend Universal Spas and Hydropool Hot Tubs!
Aayush was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Delivery was smooth and went very well no stress. Kids love it and still use it after 2 years. Always greeted with a smile and chemical prices are cheap.
