Vicky at Universal Spas is absolutely amazing! She guided us through every step, answering all our questions and making sure we found the perfect hot tub that met all our needs and desires. She went above and beyond—from testing our tap water to setting us up with the right chemicals and ensuring everything was ready to go. From purchase to installation, she took full care of us every step of the way. Couldn’t ask for better service—thank you, Vicky!

Great customer service and pricing on hot tubs and chemicals. Local family owned and operated with additional staff that all treat you as their family. Very much love the hot tub we purchased and felt supported as we muddled through its set up. Chemicals they sell are very gentle. Highly recommend.

Buying a hot tub is like buying a car. You have to sit in it to know how it feels. Get into it and see what the comfort level is. Not all tubs are built the same. Not all places encourage this.
