Worst experience ever. Allan sold me a used hot tub and was promised a new cover to be delivered, that was 10 months ago. Allan uses COVID 19 as an excuse. His supplier was out of sytrofoam for 10 months. Another vendor got a new top in 5 Days. Allan will promise the world and never deliver, leaving high and dry.
