Very good at troubleshooting any problems! Can explain billing in a simplified manner of understanding. He is right on time for appointments. Pleasant to work with! Highly recommend and staying local works very well also!

We had a wonderful experience with Solar Boss! After a not so wonderful experience with the company that originally installed our Solar system (Daybreak Solar, which is no longer in business). Our system had stopped working a while ago and in my search of Solar companies in Jax I came across Solar Boss. Dana got right back to me, came over to assess the issue and we were up and running the next day! So thankful we found Solar Boss. Very knowledgeable and prompt, friendly service. Bought a 8kW Hybrid inverter to replace one that I had bricked. Helpful on tech support - even on a late saturday afternoon.
