It was a little hard to fall asleep at first since the environment was unfamiliar and with the wires but the lady technician was very kind and friendly, which helped me feel comfortable. The room and bed were very clean, and the exam itself was interesting. I was honestly worried because of some bad reviews (the most of them) but my experience was much better than expected. I would recommend this place.
Terrible experience. First of all, they don't answer the phone nor reply to emails. Secondly, and more importantly, they made it seem like my results were no big deal, when it turns out my case was severe. On a positive note, my room was clean and it looked like the area had been renovated recently, when I went.
This place is so bad it’s truly amazing they’re still in business! Dirty, ceiling tiles missing, noisy people working there as you’re trying to SLEEP! And overall a sense this is a huge sham. Cannot get a call back regarding my study. Endless VM’s and no response. Who does this??? So incredibly pathetic. DO NOT GO HERE! Do NOT! They’re horrible people running a horrible business and they should be ashamed. Preying on people in the worst way possible.
My husband wasn't nervous or triggered at all here. Great service, understanding staff. Would recommend
