I am doing my own fireplace reno and needed slate for the hearth. They had a great selection of slate and tile (I went with slate) and even cut it for me. Every other place I looked at would only cut it if they were also installing. Yuri and the other people in the shop were very helpful.

Amazing place for granite and tile needs. They fabricated my countertops and vanities beautifully, and even helped me select a tile that matched the stone I chose perfectly. Their customer service was outstanding patient, friendly, and always available, even after hours, to answer my questions. Extremely poor experience. As a receptionist, Linda should know her basic job duties, answering queries politely and helping callers. Instead, she disconnected the call while I was still speaking, and when I called back, she told me not to call again. That behavior is completely unprofessional and gives a very bad impression of the company. Because of this unpleasant interaction, I’ve decided not to do any business with the company. First impressions matter, and Linda’s attitude ruined it.

USI just completed a second install of slate to the exterior of our home. On both occasions the company did a remarkable job and we are once again very pleased with the results and the professionalism of the company and staff. A special thank you to Yuri and Sergey.
