AHS sent Universal One for my washing machine. A young man Nico, arrived, walked up to the machine, opened the door, spun the basket and declared that I had a bent barrel due to overloading.. He asked how many towels I put in it at one time. I said 2. He said "well that wouldn't due it". He said they would order the part and be back in 7 - 10 days.
