We were in the process of opening our restaurant and were in need of some new detectors throughout our unit. We got in connection with Miguel who was very communicative from day one through this process. Their accounting department was easy to work with and everything was done as promised and on time. When Miguel stated they would be there, they were 100%. Thank you for going above and beyond and making this a breeze compared to everything else we’ve dealt with, with being a small business in the food industry.
I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with the service provided by Universal. It is rare these days to find a company so attentive to the customer's needs. They were communicative, competitively priced, kind and very professional. I highly recommend.
