From when I was working there in 2010, it started off okay..that is until I started noticing favorites within the company..the site supervisors was pals with the owner, so whatever they did that wasn't cool..they could easily get off the hook.. The final straw is when I wanted time off on Xmas and was approved the time off since I worked a double shift anyway..once I returned, I was replaced by another guard and was sent home...I had quit immediately afterwards... In 2014, I worked for this company for two months. The owner falsely advertised the pay rate for the position, claiming it was $15/hr when it was $9/hr. He would make surprise visits to the job and called to regroup for unnecessary reasons and expected us to put ourselves in unnecessary situations to appeal to management. My co - workers and I were told to search people (which is illegal) and to attempt to apprehend them! I'm a licensed security not a police officer and nor am I compensated like one. I have worked for this company for 5 years and i just want to tell them thanks for the opportunity. I must say the boss was very easy going on me when i first started because i had never work security before. The owner is a no nonesense guy so if you want to come to work in a dirty uniform and facial hair this company is not for you. The owner will come out of his bed at 3am and check on you. This is one of the worst company I came across. Every pay day my check would be short of a few hours. The owner is rude when you have a request he wants to raise his voice as to try to intimidate you. He has no concern as to your comfort in the uniform for example if the shirt is tight he doesn't care.
