I’m very disappointed with this company and their awful customer service! I purchased an order of books from Daedalus on October 23, 2022 for 44.10. I returned 3 of the 4 items I purchased with the following tracking number 9534613818572314494311, which states they were received on November 14. I have contacted Daedalus via email and by phone on numerous occasions regarding the status of this return but have received no answers. I just filed a complaint with the BBB regarding this issue. I like many others did not realize that I have been paying $14.95 a month - since December 2021! I thought it was something my husband ordered and didn't pay attention until I looked closer. They scammed me out of $104.65.... THANK GOD I finally realized what this charge was!! $14.95/month for a CATALOG! Unbelievable...

I, too, was automatically signed up for this when I ordered a gift for my granddaughter. When I phoned, I was told it was for free shipping. I looked at my order and I was charged shipping! When I phoned again, I was given a run around about how it did not apply to the first order, and then I would have to pay shipping and send my receipts in to be reimbursed for the shipping!?! I asked to be reimbursed, and that was met with silence. And I still haven't received the email cancelling my "enrollment" into that service. ... read more
