We used Chips service during the pandemic when we had a vacuflush go out on our 35k Bounder. He did and went above and beyond to get us fixed. This time, our water heater went out and Chip figured it out and repaired it. We are so happy it's fixed. If you need RV work, I strongly recomend you contact him. I made a call to Chip when my Cottage AC unit in the bedroom met an early demise. In less than a week, he was on my roof installing the new unit and even took care of claiming the warranty on the unit. I was a customer service guy in the high end cabinetry field for many years and this guy really fits the description perfectly of a great service provider! Friendly, courteous, punctual and neat. Had him out a couple times to fix my daughter's 5th wheel, did an excellent job every time. Had him out last time to fix some stuff before we used it on a trip. Had a slide problem the day before we were to leave and he came back out after work and fixed it. Great guy and does a great job. I won't call anyone else.
