This has been one of the most stressful home improvement experiences I’ve ever had. The workers were careless and unprofessional—leaving nails all over my driveway, damaging part of my siding, and even stepping on my flower beds. The roof itself looks terrible, with wavy lines and visible gaps. After the first heavy rain, I had water dripping into my attic. Instead of fixing it, the contractor tried to blame “weather conditions.” Avoid this company at all costs.
My wife and I had wanted to re-side our cape cod home in Livingston NJ for the last few years to make the outward appearance commensurate with our interior renovations. I strongly regret hiring this company. The roof installation dragged on far longer than promised, with constant delays and excuses. When the work was finally finished, I noticed leaks around my chimney and skylight within weeks. I called multiple times to use the warranty they advertised, but no one ever showed up. They were quick to take my money but disappeared the moment real problems started. Totally unprofessional and unreliable.
Thanks to the team over at Universal, they did my mothers house and we couldn’t thank them enough for the relief they’ve brought to our family for caring for our elderly mother as if she was their own. We thank the lord for sending them our way and can’t wait for our entire family to use them!
I did my roofing last year. I also have to replace my whole roof’s plywood. This year have a couple single fall off, Sam, Yasmin & The Team respond very fast and fix within a couple days. Thank you for the company existence & services ✌️😃👍
