I worked with Ashley Appling to do a roof inspection for hail damage. He was able to find significant damage to the roof and gutters and I filed a claim with State Farm. Ashley met with the adjuster and showed him the damage he found. When the pictures and information was submitted, State Farm would only approve a partition replacement. Excellent experience with Universal Roofing! Ashley was quick to respond and visit the house for his inspection. He handled all communications with insurance and was prompt in getting the repairs made! I did not feel that he was trying to trick us or be greedy. Instead, he communicated well, answered all of my questions and genuinely wanted to help me understand. Fantastic company with terrific service!
LOVED working with Ashley. He came out and took a look at our roof. We called insurance and he dealt with and met the adjustor and they covered the entire cost of the roof. Great work by is team on the install. Would absolutely use them again!
