Had an absolutely fantastic experience with Igor and his crew at Universal. Absolutely no hiccups from start to finish. These folks worked really hard, got my entire roof (with a very steep pitch) replaced in one day, left my property spotless, and completed the job for several thousand dollars less than the 3 other companies I got quotes from. Igor is easy going and fun to work with, but he's also timely and on top of his game. My new roof looks awesome, so I really can't recommend these guys enough.
The crew replaced our roof in Stoneham. They worked hard, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. Igor was a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Igor and his crew did an incredible job on my roof from start to finish! He was the lowest of multiple quotes, even with architectural shingles. They removed the old roof and installed the new in the same day. Installed gutters the following day. Igor was very friendly, responsive, and professional. My wife and I love the new roof, looks like a brand new house. I highly recommend him!
We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Universal Roofing! We realized our roof was aging and when it finally leaked after a particularly gusty storm, we called Igor and his team was able to repair and replace several shingles which got us through the rest of the winter.
