one of the worst contractors I've ever seen. Zero communication, they never update customer on timeline. I was facilities coordinator for years and would have had this job done in 2 weeks.. Universal dragged their heels and blatantly milked this insurance claim for 3 months, while me and my family dealt with the mess. Horrible company

We had a pipe burst which flooded our basement. We have never experienced a situation like this before. We called the insurance adjusters and they sent us Universal Restoration company from Prince George. Alexander and Andrii were exceptional!! They explained the whole process to us. They were fast efficient, so accommodating as we work night shifts! We couldn’t have asked for a better crew.
