Merisa and Jules did a very thorough job. Good work!
Wow where to begin! To start a supply line to our upstairs toilet let go and water flowed for about 10 minutes. It found its way to the basement via the heating system. A thorough assessment was done that day and fans, humidifiers and heating pads were setup to draw moisture out of the home. The staff are calm and reassuring and well equipped with all the equipment needed to do the work. A BIG appreciative shout out to all the crew from Linda, Bob and Ruby.
I must give both Merisa and Jose a 5 star rating. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, on-time, and kept us informed every step of the way. My husband and I could not be happier. Excellent service. Thank you Universal!
