Would not recommend. We had leak in the end of March, that we suspect led to under our bathroom walls. First, they sent their workers to the wrong address all the way in Prince Rupert, second, they were terrible at communicating. They claimed they were waiting for my insurance to reach out, but were actually provided her information to call her. WARNING! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We hired them for a big water leak. They should have removed all flooring, cabinets and drywall if not dry in a reasonable amount of time to prevent mould from growing. They left fans and dehumidifiers in the house for 11 days and left without removing anything or returning calls or emails about removal of floors and drywall with obvious damage. I had a water line leak and flood my kitchen and living room earlier this year. Universal was awesome to deal with, all the way from Joel helping me rip out all the floors and the drying crew getting the place aired out to the paint, drywall, floors and finishing putting the cabinets and trim back in. I couldn't be happier with their work and results, Definitely recommend! Dan, Titus, Rowdy, Taylor and everyone else that had a hand in fixing my place up, thanks guys!
After having a leaking water pipe flood my rental suite, Universal Restoration was excellent to deal with! They turned a very stressful situation into an easy one by keeping me up to date on all steps and providing advice with my insurance claims process. Joel was especially great by going above and beyond with getting this project done efficiently and professionally. Highly recommend!
