My experience with Universal Restoration was TERRIBLE!! I recommend calling them only if you're planning a band-aid repair and not a long lasting solution to a problem. I was hooked up with them through Home Depot. One of the many problems that needed to be fixed was a water damaged ceiling. They patched the drywall and everything looked great . . . for 7-8 months. Now the problem is back because they never bothered to look and see what caused the leak in the first place and fix the root of the problem.
