Everyone I know that has worked with them has had a terrible experience. They use damaged materials, they don’t do everything as stated in the contract, they regularly don’t show up. Cigarette butts litter the back steps where the children go outside. If you have a complaint, they start straight up avoiding you. They do not do things up to code. Terrible company!
We used Universal to remove our old bathtub, and install a new one with a surround. We noticed, after workers left, that a portion of our window sill & safety bar were gone. The tub is small & shallow too. We'll be replacing the safety bar and buying a hand held shower head.
Universal Renovations did my parents roof and siding. They did such a great job, and were so easy to work with we had them do the bathroom as well. Its beautiful! We would highly recommend them.
