Great job on completing the shower and cleaning up afterwards. I appreciate the transparency and effort to make sure the customer is satisfied with the finished product.
After numerous excuses and delays (over 30 days!) from another brick mason contractor, I reached out to Universal Remodel for help with replacing several bricks on my front steps. Gustavo was quick to respond, quoted a very reasonable price and completed the job in a timely manner. Their professionalism and attention to detail was superb. I highly recommend Gustavo and Universal Remodel.
They installed our kitchen countertops and they really did a good job, all their people are nice, we really highly recommend them….
Universal Remodeling did an amazing job replacing an old, damaged ceramic tile floor in my entry foyer. Gustavo was very easy to work with and provided valuable, expert advice about the best type of new flooring to use. Workmanship was the best I’ve ever seen. Could not be more satisfied!
