They used the brick on the front to write a low quote, started the insurance without authorization, with their partner-in-crime nsure asking me all kinds of "Friday night" questions asking me to resend prior insurance and then everything in the kitchen sink. They dropped a $300 premium increase a month after it started (a second time) as if they didn't understand what the ranch was made of (they had the info. from day one). Oh, how I wish I'd read the reviews- they are 100% accurate, and not just rantings of unhappy people. They will lie, put you off, and simply deny. I called them today to give them a chance to at least apologize. And all they did was more of the same - lie, act obtuse, blame, and put you on hold after hold while they talked to someone else, the Head BullS*&^%er I suppose. I finally gave up. STAY AWAY - yes they are cheaper, but you get every penny's worth.
Do not use this company. They are completely unresponsive, will not return phone calls, do not communicate at all via email or text, and cannot answer any questions related to supplemental claim deadlines in my state (GA), other than to say, "Oh, you have plenty of time in GA." At no time during the processing of my claim did anyone call or email me to let me know where the process was or even that the claim had been closed.
