I had to look for a print shop that could produce 150 brochure in good quality paper in matter of a couple of hours (it was Friday afternoon and unneeded the job done for that day). I was lucky enough to come across Universal Printing. I was assisted by Psytia, she solved it quickly, and even went the extra mile to deliver a perfect job, making tests and changing the paper type mid production because she considered it wasn’t good enough. I have had 2 experiences with Universal Printing and both have been horrible due to an employee named Jermayne. Both times I was asked to email what I wanted printed and both times they received my email, but stated the document did not come in correctly when I offered to come in with my laptop to make any corrections that were necessary they sounded annoyed.
