This place is terrible, I don’t know how it is for normal doctor visits but if you’re looking for a dentist please find somewhere else to go. I’ve been there multiple times for the same issue (that they caused) and every time I go they say it’s just an exam to find out what needs to be done… mind you I’ve been there a handful of times and have been told the same thing. The dentist is super helpful and kind and nice. She went out of her way to help me, even speaking with me on the phone. The whole staff is very friendly and nice.
We as a family have been going here for years, the decline in the doctors seeing the patients is absolutely horrible. 3 months for a physical, forget it if you have an emergency, your not getting in. They will tell you to go to urgent care or the emergency room. WHY Do you have a doctor if the only time you can get in to see them is if you have an appointment ahead of time. My daughter went there once. Seemed alright until she missed 2 dental appointments. Basically she has really good teeth. We were just expecting a cleaning. They told her she has cavities inside 2 of her teeth. Considering her teeth are really good. We don't understand how that happens. Anyways, she has bad asthma and this year has been especially rough with the weather and pollen. She missed 2 appointments. She was in the ER.
