The lady at the front desk loudly gossips and complains about their clients in full view/hearing of people in the lobby. The doctor will trap you in a room to push anti-vaccine nonsense on you. Avoid at all costs.
My children's pediatrician works out of UPC in the Cuba office, and we have never had a negative experience. Sometimes extended wait times in the waiting room, but that's to be expected during high illness times of the year. Dr. Cusumano is, without doubt, the best pediatrician there is. He is kind, knowledgeable, and no-nonsense. The office staff are decent, and the nurses are excellent. Would recommend.
I went there with my son just for a check-up on why was he sick and he they checked up on everything else than what I asked him to do they did everything else then what they were supposed to I asked them to check on my son to see you know what he had and they went over beyond went into his lead levels went into cigarettes went through why he has speech delay everything else and it wasn't even his doctor they gave me another doctor to look at him and he went through everything but what I asked I went there to see what was wro... read more
The new system that universal primary care went to really is crap when you plug in all info the staff never gets it. In my personal opinion sicktwith the system that has worked and quit trying to go all electronic. Other wise the staff there in cuba are really nice! just the checking part sucks and is an inconvenience to parents who may not have their phone or are in a rush
Doctor Robbi is TERRIBLE, DONT NOT COME HERE. THE STAFF DOES NOT CARE AND WILL NOT WRITE YOU YOUR SCRIPTS! I’ve been coming here for over three years and they refuse to write me the same meds I’ve been on sense Doctor Julie left. Horrible place never coming back.
