We as a family have been going here for years, the decline in the doctors seeing the patients is absolutely horrible. 3 months for a physical, forget it if you have an emergency, your not getting in. They will tell you to go to urgent care or the emergency room. WHY Do you have a doctor if the only time you can get in to see them is if you have an appointment ahead of time. My daughter went there once. Seemed alright until she missed 2 dental appointments. Basically she has really good teeth. We were just expecting a cleaning. They told her she has cavities inside 2 of her teeth. Considering her teeth are really good. We don't understand how that happens. Anyways, she has bad asthma and this year has been especially rough with the weather and pollen. She missed 2 appointments. She was in the ER. Much better than the Olean UPC
Probably the best and kindest care you'll receive in the area. Both in terms of time and quality. Definitely recommend.
I was going to gundalah in Olean NY, but they destroyed my teeth I went to upc Houghton and they took me in quick! They told What exactly needed done gave me the options and told me what would be best for me. I just went today for a tooth extraction due to gundalah messed up and they did it in a timely manner and professional and everything was quick and painless even getting the numbing injection was quick and painless! I highly recommend this place great job great staff and great atmosphere!
