I won’t get into great detail here.. Avoid Ann Anderson and Elizabeth Kelterborn if you are seeing them for care. They only provide medicine. They will both continuously gaslight you into thinking you’re fine. Ann did this to me years ago and wouldn’t give me a referral to a gastro because SHE believed I was just not eating right. Universal Primary Care has been excellent. Scheduling was simple, check-in was quick, and I never had issues with billing or paperwork. My first intake appointment with Christian stood out — he really listened, gave clear feedback, and made sure I understood everything. I even got in early when I arrived ahead of schedule. The staff were respectful and helpful, and my care plan felt well organized. I’d definitely recommend them.”
Third time my appointment has been canceled in two months. Poor management, call center that is inadequate and slow, they call last minute before the appointment. Just overall poor service for a medical provider.
Update: IDK what they told my insurance, but fidelis is now harassing me with opioid addiction recovery mail even though I took no medication of the sort. My husband doesn't get this mail. Only one place thinks I abuse drugs. Interesting. Doctor stopped prescribing my medicine and talks to me as if I sell the drug on the street when I'm extremely agoraphobic and timid.
