This place is a cluster. Their secretaries give incorrect information and "lose" documentation. Their staff doesn't care about your health and avoid you when they are caught doing something wrong. This place only exists to get government funding to squander. When you leave an appointment do you own research. If you are dealing with something pressing don't go there.
Celine at the front desk needs an attitude adjustment! Very nasty maybe needs a job were she doesn t have to work with the public.
Doctor stopped prescribing my medicine and talks to me as if I sell the drug on the street when I'm extremely agoraphobic and timid. I don't even have a car? What kind of life does he think I live??? The review is for the upper staff. Some on the clinical staff and providers are really nice and actually care about patients. The upper staff have no idea how to run a professional office at all. The place is a rotating door. They target employees as well. Half of the staff are not even certified even if their badges say they are because its easier for them to hire non certified workers so that they dont have to pay them.
