I’ve now done Pilates here with Carolina and Emma now and I really enjoy the sessions here. The smaller class sizes really facilitate an environment where you can perfect your form, with plenty of guidance. The physiotherapy background of the instructors is really noticeable in the way they tailor the movements to the needs of your body and any injuries you may have. I’d highly recommend this studio, especially if you are recovering from any injury or have weak joints like I do.

I attended at the Malvern Practice today. Chelsea was friendly and professional and provided excellent service. She obviously knows what she’s talking about. Will recommend to anyone needed a great physio.
