Absolutely love this lunch time pilates. Amazing physio instructors, great tunes, beautiful studio. Sets me up for the afternoon!
Roxy is a miracle worker! My hand was strained, inflamed, and basically injured, and I was so skeptical about dry needling, but she suggested it and guided me through it. In just three visits, my hand is completely healed! She’s kind, easy to talk to, and is really good at what she does. So grateful to have met her!
I’ve now done Pilates here with Carolina and Emma now and I really enjoy the sessions here. The smaller class sizes really facilitate an environment where you can perfect your form, with plenty of guidance. The physiotherapy background of the instructors is really noticeable in the way they tailor the movements to the needs of your body and any injuries you may have. I’d highly recommend this studio, especially if you are recovering from any injury or have weak joints like I do.
