This is the company used by The Great Escape. Purchased a pool table from TGE. There was a crack in one of the pieces I noticed a few hours after installation. I got sent to another warehouse right down the road to get unloaded.Easy to get to. I was in and out within 20 mins.
One of the laziest companies in the world! They tried to put the blame on the great escape as to why they claim they could not get our hot tub to the desired area in which they were given plenty of notice. Then they claimed that they did not have clearance after putting the hot tub in the middle of my backyard into the gazebo when we were told all they needed was 36 inches and they clearly had 42 inches width and 96 inches height when all they needed was 80 inches. .. we were the last stop on their route for the day and they... read more
