Universal plumbing is my go-to professionals whenever I need plumbing services. Universal has done the plumbing in 2 kitchen renovations, 2 new bathrooms, several furnaces and tankless water heaters. Excellent, prompt and courteous service, reasonable prices. They have earned my loyalty as a satisfied customer.
Mario is AMAZING! We have a tankless water heater that started omitting gas. Mario DID NOT install the water heater but immediately came to the rescue when the original plumber totally did not follow through to fix the unit. Mario showed up a few times, tried his best, talked to the water heater company's technical support and finally replaced the faulty parts when the company sent them to us. He fixed the unit with grace and professionalism and was wonderful to communicate and work with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
