Anthony, Shawn and Jake make a great team. From digging up and repairing damaged sewer line to installation of a new water heater, running fresh water lines and replacing main shutoff, their work ethos was the same: Do the whole job, do it right, do it honestly and fairly, do it fast and do it with excellence. Kudos.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Universal Plumbing about fixing/ replacing our water heater and they were extremely helpful! Very professional on the phone and via text (which was a very much appreciated form of communication). He was very helpful and guided me what to do in case a small leak turned into a big problem!! Will definitely be reaching out to them again in the future!

We had our water heater replaced and couldn’t be happier with the service! They did an excellent job and were professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. Everything was done right, and they made the whole process easy for us. It’s nice to find a company you can trust and feel confident about the work they do. Had a leaking water tank which was replaced by Universal Plumbing of Mossyrock, Wa. During the installation they discovered that my pressure reducing valve in the water line was faulty and was allowing 95 psi from the city main to enter the house. Normal pressure should be about 45-50 psi. They helped get approval from Home Shield for that and did an excellent job on the entire installation! I would recommend using them for any plumbing problems in the future.
