I just appreciate these guys! Great service. Knowledgeable. I’d recommend them to all! Plumbers aren’t cheap, with that being said… you get a lot of bang for your buck! Great service! They were out to my house just a few days after contacting them and did a great job. Very professional and left my kitchen clean when they were done. I would use them again if I have more plumbing needs.
Anthony removed the old pre-existing shower valves and installed new valves, and drain assemblies in our two bathrooms. It was quite a job, as neither bath had access panels. He had to cut large access holes through the drywall on the back sides of the showers to access the old valves. Anthony managed to salvage the drywall he cut out for access and screwed it back in neatly so it could be re-used. The job was quite complicated, taking one and half days to complete. Anthony and his crew are absolutely the best. Not only did they come out a day early, he also fixed my screen door that wasn't moving well. Definitely will use them anytime we have a need and recommend to anyone needing assistance with their plumbing.
Fantastic service! As luck would have it, on a Saturday during off hours, our shower handle broke while on, with the water running at full tilt. I called Universal Plumbing and Anthony was incredibly kind and patient, walking me through how to get the main water/well shut off, and then how to replace the broken shower valve cartridge.
