Called for estimate, they took my info and info about job, they promised to come out and do the estimate, never heard from them since, called 2 more times, just to get my name and number taken down with promises they will call me back and they never did and never came by.

Nothing to do with the plumbing services, but just watched the driver of one of your vans throw his fast food garbage out the window while sitting at a light on 96 avenue in Surrey. Wow.

The sales staff always are more then helpful and the lady's in the showroom know just as much great place for parts and material for jobs

I call and make and appointments to have my garbage disposal unit either repair or replace I was informed of the price and I agreed. A day before my appointment the technician calls me to tell me how simple it is to fix a garbage disposal, he then stars to tell me how to do it myself without asking anything about the actual unit as all he said simply didn't apply to my unit and also I had already tried some of the suggestions.
