To start I would like to commend Universal Pest control for their fair and ethical business approach. After dealing with two national companies, the first being a "no show" and the latter giving me a $9,000 quote for everything from new insulation to termite treatment for the two types of termites he deemed I had (I only had drywood), dealing with Todd was a breath of fresh air.
