Nothing works and you get charged inappropriately I’ve tried for 2 weeks to contact someone in the georgia office about an issue at one of its busiest lots and no one has contacted me or even tried to reach out to me that is terrible business practices and service! Please do better especially if you are gonna work in the atlanta area!
Their is a lady in your office named Christina that keeps harassing me going from trying to charge my card from 2x a month to 30xs a month because I told her I no longer are employed in that area so it was no reason for me to keep paying the monthly parking fee. I told her to cancel my policy and instead she wants to be passive aggressive and demonstrate abuse of power when its tied to to her personal emotions. Why? I have no idea but I will be reporting you to corporate.
We had an amazing experience, thanks to Deniqua at the Georgia Aquarium! She was incredibly sweet, professional, and made sure our entire group felt safe and well taken care of. Her driving was smooth and secure, and she went above and beyond by giving us insider tips and hidden gems to explore in Atlanta. A friend and I both parked at a west midtown atlanta lot, posted QR codes appeared to be legit. After paying through their website we both received identical phishing emails including our email and phone numbers which we input when paying for parking. This business either has a side-hustle trying to extort customers or they've been hacked.
