We had an amazing experience, thanks to Deniqua at the Georgia Aquarium! She was incredibly sweet, professional, and made sure our entire group felt safe and well taken care of. A friend and I both parked at a west midtown atlanta lot, posted QR codes appeared to be legit. After paying through their website we both received identical phishing emails including our email and phone numbers which we input when paying for parking. This business either has a side-hustle trying to extort customers or they've been hacked.

Early bird parking cost makes no sense. If you’re in between 5:30 and 8:30am and try to leave out at like 12pm or 1pm they will charge you the max $25 for parking! That’s ridiculous when you think they could let you leave before 2-7pm and free up the parking space to make more money.

Customer service is non existent. Managers will go back and forth with you. I spoke with Casey at the Atlanta office and even though she was “nice” it was more condescending than anything. When I said, thanks for nothing. She said, in a cheerful tone “you’re welcome!” Company needs to have customer service classes.
