Excellent service with accurate fit on my patients' MSE appliances
Leaving a review as a provider. We submit all lab orders digitally. The fit of the appliance and delivery time is great. The lab staff is very easy to work with. If you feel like you're not getting the design you intended, just pick up the phone or email them to coordinate how to write the lab order better and they will make that for you. I've used this lab for more than 10 years now and have experience using other labs in different offices I worked at, and Universal Ortho Lab is great.

Most incompetent ortho lab that works with Kids Western Dental in Whittier. They have lost my kid's impression 5 times! how irresponsible of them, now my kid has no top retainer. Western Dental keeps having to call me requesting to take my kid over and over for an impression. It's very frustrating. Make sure to ask your orthodontist which lab is making their retainers.
