Most incompetent ortho lab that works with Kids Western Dental in Whittier. They have lost my kid's impression 5 times! how irresponsible of them, now my kid has no top retainer. Western Dental keeps having to call me requesting to take my kid over and over for an impression. It's very frustrating. Make sure to ask your orthodontist which lab is making their retainers.
As a provider I would not use this company, We haven't ever order from the lab or ever tried using them and they're trying to charge us for an appliance for a patient we don't have.
I've been relying on Universal Orthodontics Lab for more than a decade, and honestly, they've never let me down. Their Hawley retainers and 3D printed appliances are absolutely top-tier. The quality is consistently excellent, and you can tell they really care about what they're producing. And Mr. Kim – he's fantastic. I am greatly disappointed by the service provided by Universal and Western Dental regarding the fabrication and delivery of my retainer. Despite taking impressions and assuring me of timely delivery, they failed to fulfill their commitment. Their reliance on Universal for production and shipment, coupled with their inability to manage the process effectively, reflects a severe lack of professionalism.
