Terrible, awful company to deal with if you have a claim. Steer well clear of these folks. I had hurricane damage going on a year and a half ago and they basically ghosted me. Ultimately, they tried to send me a check for a couple of hundred dollars 6 months after my claim was filed when I had 6-figures worth of damage. I am currently in litigation with this company and even THAT"S not going well (they really seem to enjoy delaying everything except collecting premiums). Use another insurance company.
Worst customer service! My adjuster was horrible and rude! Courtney Powell is the main reason for canceling my policy
This company deserves ZERO stars and Mark Postman and Diane Jewel deserve ZERO stars who are the so-called "agents" working on our claim. Let me be the 100th person to say this on Google because every one of their reviews that are 1 star is correct. We have LITERALLY been without electricity since Feb after our flood and have ONE (originally three) toilet that we had to fix ourselves so we can use it. They paid a small amount out for the cleanup crew but when it comes to restoring our home to a livable condition they have go... read more
