My kid and I have been coming here for a few years now and everyone is always so nice and now they know our names and accommodate all my kids crazy nail designs! She usually gets Jennifer and she always does a great job! Mimi is who I request for my pedicures and she is absolutely amazing! We never have to wait more than a minute or two if we wait at all and it’s always worth every penny! Highly recommend making this your new regular nail salon!
I used to love going to Universal Nail Salon until the last few times. Phi phi who is my nail artist (always), started to care less about me as a paying customer and one day made me almost cry in front of the whole salon for being rude! Unacceptable.
I used to like it, but now prices go up and down mercilessly. I used to speak well but I don't want my family to go anymore.
