I’ve had pedicures several times over the last few years. They are clean and do good work. I hate having my feet touched but I can bear it. They are gentle and friendly.
I had a terrible experience at Universal Nails. The technician cut me multiple times on my cuticles, causing them to bleed. My nails ended up looking bumpy and uneven, which is far from what I expected. I specifically asked for a leopard print design, but the execution was really poor and disappointing. Honestly, they seem like they can only do solid colors, not actual designs. Definitely not going back.
My favorite nail place EVER!! I am a regular every 3 weeks with my best friend and we absolutely love coming here. Great prices Great service
