I have used this company multiple times for my business to deliver very expensive and fragile window treatments to our high-end clients. They never disappointed- always on time, polite, hardworking, super careful and accommodating. Last week I was moving myself and used them for that as well. First of all, their quote was very similar to another company that does one thing only- moves people's belongings. Universal Movers moved me on May 18th and the two young men who came did a fabulous job they were polite efficient and fast and moved me within the time that I was estimated for the only thing I was not happy with is I was supposed to receive a call telling me what time they would come either the night before or in the morning and they did not... the laughable thing is they showed up while I was still in my pajamas and arriving at 7:50 in the morning which was a good thing I had requested 8 a.m. but was told it would be betw... read more

I run operations at an independent school in San Francisco, and I asked this company to do two moves for us in August 2017. They did an amazing job -- fast, efficient, professional, and very friendly. The guys are great!! I also appreciate the fact that their pricing is reasonable for a mover that is fully insured. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a dependable moving company at the right price.
