My family needed to rent a wheelchair accessible van with very little notice. Because we were at the last minute, and only 2 places in the GTA offer this service, there was not a van to be found. Universal Motion worked hard to come up with a solution and found us a van that they were able to convert for passengers. Our trip was to visit my ailing father. I will be forever grateful that they were able to think outside the box and help get us there quickly.

Universal Motion was able to accommodate my booking quickly and efficiently. I had never rented an accesible vehicle before and Bishoy made the process easy. I almost had to cancel last minute due to another issue and Bishoy was so helpful agreeing to hold the vehicle for me and giving me the assurance that if my plans changed it would be ready for me. Thank you Bishoy for your excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Universla Motion and would use their services again.
