Wonderful organization. The reservation process was easy. An adorable alternative to a wheelchair taxi .
We rented a wheelchair accessible mini-van from Universal Motion and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. The van was in excellent condition. And we were very thankful for the first-class service and communication.

My family has rented vans from this place several times, and we’ll definitely continue to do so. The vans have always been reliable, never any breakdowns or issues, and the service is excellent. Bishoy goes above and beyond to make sure we’re taken care of and always manages to get us a van when we need it. Highly recommend.
