bought a 32x68 from chuck arnold there. he said my utilities would be paid for by them, 4000 for septic, 2800 for electric. said he would cut me a check and let me pay for all of it and i could keep what was left over. ha ha funny... after i signed the contract chuck never called me again and wouldnt send money for utilities. all they care about is making the sale.. they also told me my interest rate would be 11 percent, when i got there to sign contract my interest rate was 11.5, they had to redo contract to include insuran... read more

i bought a 16x80 from them.they told me it was going to be at my place friday morning 08/17/2007.and they told me not enough drivers to deliver the home.bad bussiness
