5/5 for the doctor. he is fantastic, wonderful and kind doctor. 1/5 for the front desk staff. IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of a human. i have called daily 10+ times, leave voicemails, nobody answers the phone. the few times i get a hold of a human i get put on hold for insane amounts of time. I CANNOT wait 15 minutes to speak to a human just get an appointment. PLEASE address this, my husband and i are long time patients and cannot tolerate this for much longer. it is very frustrating.
