Knowledgeable service guys. Probably the biggest plus for me was that they didn’t automatically tell me they couldn’t check it out till next week. They got my vehicle on the lift and checked it out, then ordered parts and brought it back when the parts arrived. No one else around does that.

Bill is the kind of mechanic that you call from a state away to get advice and he will take the time to listen to concerns and even wants to know the outcome! He and his staff not only offer their professional expertise, they also help troubleshoot and go the extra mile to make sure their customers are well cared for. Excellent work so far! Informative and I definetly trust them. Spent a few hours in the shop, learned alot and got my wifes Suburban on the road!

I would tell you all just how well I was taken care of except that may make my wait longer next time I need Bill’s help! Truly a breath of fresh air in the service world. This was my first time using his service but he made me feel he really cared and treated us like old friends. I so appreciate his effort and believe I have found my new mechanic.
