Excellent work so far! Informative and I definetly trust them. Spent a few hours in the shop, learned alot and got my wifes Suburban on the road!
I would tell you all just how well I was taken care of except that may make my wait longer next time I need Bill’s help! Truly a breath of fresh air in the service world. This was my first time using his service but he made me feel he really cared and treated us like old friends. I so appreciate his effort and believe I have found my new mechanic.
The owner Bill kindly expertly repaired my car on an emergency basis. He could not possibly have gone out of his way more to help me and my family out, nor have been more professional, kind or honest. I very highly recommend Universal Mechanics!
