Mona is a doll. You cannot help smiling when you talk to her. They make some of the best equipment for the pallet industry and have a great deal of knowledge.
Purchased a new piece of equipment from Mona Tracy. Equipment performance and machine quality were nowhere near what was represented to us at the time of purchase. We have struggled with this machine ever since is showed up. Although the original equipment manufacturer has sent a multitude of parts to us in attempt to rectify our issues, we have put forth all the work to get this running as best as it can.
