I paid for a LIMO BUS to transport a bachelorette party to and from San Francisco, day of the event a much smaller SHUTTLE BUS showed up. I informed the driver that I payed for the Limo Bus and he said there was nothing he could do but suggested that I call the company during the week to complain.
