Very courteous, and accommodating, I needed 2 charms 1 white gold and 1 yellow gold with engraving George was able to order the exact ones I was looking for and had them engraved and to me within 3 days. I also purchased a man's ring that my spouse loves going to have it sized this weekend. Their prices are VERY reasonable.
