I worked with them for over 6 months waiting to get a kit for my students. They stopped returning my calls and answering my emails. I had payment written out and ready to go pick it up. Why would you string along a school for that long, you ruined a very fun project for these students.
I purchased a kit from this business either in 2016 or 2017, it has been a while. I was going to build a hovercraft for a school project. I wanted to start early, and buy the materials early, but I was delayed for almost 6 months because they did not want to sell me the kit. Hence I ended up with less than 10 weeks to build the hovercraft. When I was finally able to make the purchase I was given a quote and brought a cashier's check. It has been almost two years since I put a deposit on a new Renegade, still no delivery. Bill Zang has promised delivery multiple times and failed to deliver. He will occasionally return a call or email but seldom do I receive a reply. I do not know how they stay in business. If I ever take delivery of my new unit, I hate to think if I ever had problems and needed parts etc. I probably would receive the same treatment .
