I'm disappointed with the inferior exterior condition of the paint,stucco and windows that are leaking. Further discussion is pending.
We are very happy to be in our new home. We relocated from Dewey, Az. Not far but with our age we wanted a place with less upkeep and closer to town. Shannon has been great getting us into our home. Yes cookie cutter kind of but very pleased with all aspects. Wouldn't change a thing.
Since we are still in the decision-making process, all I can say is the sales office people were delightful and there was no pressure
I so agree with Deb Powers. While the buying experience was wonderful with Shanon, the after the sale experience has been disappointing. My issue is being "ping-ponged" between Universal and ILG (Interior Logic Group) their flooring contractor. Not one of them will take action to re-investigate the issue in person. They just point the finger at the other company to take the onus off of them.
