My experience with Universal was great no issues at all. The communication was very smooth and efficient from beginning to end. I will definitely recommend them to anybody in the need of storm restoration or any type of Insurance Claims. They are definitely professionals when it comes to handling all the claims.
If your in need of a good contractor, Brian Ortiz with Universal Home Improvement has been amazing to work with . He came knocking on our door at first we were skeptical because my mother had a bad previous experience with a different company, but he was able to get us a full roof replacement after we had already been denied twice .
