Cant do a review just yet but wanted to let others know this is actually south town heating and cooling and they are going by multiple names which im not sure u can have 1 company under multiple names as thats deceptive tactics hence the 3 stars.

Earlier in the year during one of the coldest weeks, my furnace stopped working and I had trouble finding someone available that day. I located Universal Heating and they had someone at my home within a couple of hours. The owner, John Rice, and staff were extremely helpful and expedient. Universal Heating had my new furnace installed by early evening. While I hope that I don't need their services again anytime soon, I will certainly use them again should the need arise.

Our furnace went out and I reached out to them after seeing all of their positive reviews. I called them Friday morning and by 8:30 PM they had installed a new system for me and I had heat again. The install guys were pleasant, knowledgeable, and fast. Would definitely recommend them and plan on using them for any future needs as well!

Universal Heating and Cooling did an awesome job! Our furnace went out and John got us back up and running extremely fast! Great customer service!!
